Contributions or gifts to Hyde for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. Contributions from corporations, federal government contractors, national banks, or foreign nationals or entities are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

The maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate committee may contribute is $2,800 per election, for each the primary and general, up to $5,600. The first $2,800 of your contribution will be designated for the primary election. The next $2,800 will be designated for the general election. A federal multicandidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election.
